Workouts & Classes
The Gun Show
Warm Up:
-10 jumping jacks
-10 swimmers forwards
-10 swimmers backwards
-10 lateral raises w/ light weight
-10 front raises w/ light weight

Set 1: (can be done with plate or dumbbells)
-12 plate curls (or holding one dumbbell)
-12 overhead tricep extensions
-12 overhead press
​
Set 2: (can be done with plate or dumbbells)
-10 side bends RIGHT SIDE
-10 side bends LEFT SIDE
-10 front rows
​
Set 3: (lower reps = go heavier) (use dumbbells)
-8 bent over rows
-8 hammer curls
-8 Arnold press
​
Set 4: (use dumbbells)
-12 kickbacks on each side
-10 reverse curls
-8 bent arm side raise (elbows at 90*)
